Unit Quality Policy, Research Policy

1. Continuous Improvement and Development: To improve education, research and social service processes by continuously monitoring and evaluating them with the contributions of external stakeholders and to ensure the highest level of quality,
2. Research and Innovation-Focused Education: By adopting a research-based teaching approach, we aim to train students to be innovative and well-equipped pharmacists who will be successful in their professional careers after graduation,
3. Stakeholder Participation and Transparency: Adopting a transparent and accountable management approach by ensuring the active participation of students, faculty members and other stakeholders in decision-making processes,
4. Ethical Values and Professional Responsibility: To ensure that students are raised as individuals who are committed to professional ethics and social responsibility, and who are sensitive to the environment and human health,
5. National and International Cooperation: To provide education and research services at global standards by developing educational programs in accordance with national and international accreditation standards,
