The "Pharmacist-Employee Relationship in Pharmacies" Seminar was Held at the Faculty of Pharmacy

The seminar titled “Pharmacist-Employee Relationship in Pharmacies” was held on November 20, 2025 in the Faculty Hall No. 104.

 

Pharmacist Ertan Tekeli, a speaker at the seminar, provided information on topics such as team management in pharmacies, employee-pharmacist communication, task distribution, and efficient work processes. Tekeli shared examples from his professional experience, emphasizing the importance of effective communication on patient trust and satisfaction.

 

The program, which attracted considerable student interest, offered practical solutions for pharmacy work routines. The seminar continued with a question-and-answer session, during which participants had the opportunity to ask questions related to their professional practice areas.

 

The event ended with the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to the speaker.
