About Faculty

Faculty of Pharmacy was founded according to the decision of Council of Ministers no.2012/2809 that published in the Official Gazette dated 16 March 2012 and numbered 28261. The faculty consists of three departments including Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences), Pharmaceutical Professional Sciences (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Botany, Pharmacognosy, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Toxicology, Pharmacy Management and Pharmacology) and Pharmaceutical Technology (Pharmaceutical Technology, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics, Cosmetology, Radiopharmacy and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology)

Vision

The vision of Faculty of Pharmacy that aims to excellence in education and research, and leadership in the pharmacy profession is to adapt to students, dealing with the pharmaceutical sciences, drug industry, employees and graduate.

Mission

Faculty of Pharmacy bears the mission of supporting pharmaceutical industry through information transfer on invention, development and evaluation of new drugs and new drug administration methods, optimization of safe and efficient drug use, enhancement of human health through improvement of pharmaceutical services, and maintenance of basic pharmaceutical services to the citizens.
